Lil City Creamery takes your and your loved one's health very seriously. If due to an allergy, there is the slightest bit of hesitancy, due to the severity of reaction, please err on the side of "Better Safe than Sorry"and avoid the risk.
We have no dedicated equipment, so everything comes in cross-contact at some point.

Lactose Intolerance: Many individuals are lactose intolerant and cannot consume dairy products, including traditional ice cream made from cow's milk. We have no Dairy-Free Ice Cream options. We do usually have at least one Sorbet available.

Milk Allergy: Some people have a milk allergy, which can cause adverse reactions ranging from mild to severe upon consuming any dairy products. We have no Dairy-Free Ice Cream options. We do usually have at least one Sorbet available.

Nut Allergy: Nut allergies, such as allergies to peanuts, almonds, or other tree nuts, are common and can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, if exposed. Everything on the menu either has or will come in contact with nuts.

Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease: People with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease must avoid gluten-containing ingredients, such as wheat, barley, and rye. We offer GF Sugar and Cake Ice Cream cones. Avoid Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Wedding Cake, Frozen and Cookies and Cream Flavors .

Soy Allergy: Soy is a common allergen and can be found in some ice cream products as an additive or emulsifier. The Ice Cream does not contain Soy.

Egg Allergy: Eggs are used in some ice cream recipes and may also be present in certain toppings or mix-ins. Individuals with an egg allergy need to avoid such products. The basic Ice Cream contains NO EGGS, only mix-ins would have egg.

Vegan or Dairy-Free Preferences: Some customers may follow a vegan diet or have dairy-free preferences for various reasons. we currently have no Plant-Based options.

Sugar Intolerance or Diabetes: People with sugar intolerance or diabetes need to monitor their sugar intake. We offer sugar-free Vanilla Ice Cream. We have Sugar-Free Chocolate Sauce and several Sugar-Free sodas.

Allergen Cross-Contamination: Even if an ice cream flavor itself does not contain certain allergens, cross-contamination can occur since the same equipment or utensils are used for multiple flavors without proper cleaning, posing a risk to allergic individuals.

We train our staff on allergy awareness and cross-contamination prevention. We wash, rinse and sanitize scoops in separate compartments after every use.
