Ice Cream Floats Menu

The creation of the ice cream float is largely credited to Robert Green in 1874 in Philadelphia. Facing a shortage of ice for his flavored drinks during a hot day at the Franklin Institute's semicentennial celebration, Green substituted ice cream for ice, unknowingly inventing the ice cream float. This happy accident not only delighted his customers but also significantly boosted his sales, marking the beginning of the ice cream float's journey into culinary history (en.wikipedia).
